*I love repurposing antiques. As you scroll down, Camille, Pennypotomas, Drop Me a Line, I Heard It Throught The Grapevine, Old Time Pinball, Never Be Afraid to Play Out of Tune, Lotus Eat, and Freddy are all antique finds reincarnated to their next selves. The thrill is in the hunt! My first piece below, Richmond Starry Night, is a perfect example.
Richmond Starry Night was inspired from a vision of vivid colors, VanGogh and the lovely skyline view of Richmond Virginia. It took about 6 months to complete and was worked onto a beauty of an antique window*. It is 32x27". It currently hangs in my den, backlit for our enjoyment since we do not have a window big enough to accomodate its size.
